Not receiving verication texts when tring to add Sky Email to device

I am trying to add my Sky Email acount onto a laptop however when following the process I should be receiving a verification text with a code however despite re-requesting this nothing is recieved............Any ideas?

Is the number correct, is the text in the bin folder of your emai app on your phone ?

The last 3 digits are correct so the number should accurate. I've checked for spam texts and nothing.................

To be clear what is it you are trying to do - if you are trying to login to the Sky website then use the recovery code you should have made a note of when setting up 2FA.

Thanks I'll try and find the recovery code as that appears to be the only way of sorting this
