Are you by any chance using the Mail app on an Apple device?

 

If not, tell us how you're accessing your email and whether there's an error message.

What update from Sky? Sky haven't made any changes or updates to Sky Yahoo Mail. Are you able to send  emails successfully?

So what about this update? Have you received an email telling you to update your Sky Yahoo Mail account? Did you click on a link it contained?

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:
