Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sheila+CMC it's difficult to be able to help without knowing the detailed error message in the bounce report the sender receives. It's possible that the email content has been seen (incorrectly) as spam.
It would be simplest to,set up an email account with a new provider, such as Gmail.

@caesarome Hi yes that's the first thing I did. I then contacted the site and was told they can no longer deliver emails to this address and it was a decision made by the provider. I couldn't get any further information

Hi When I log into the site I get an immediate message saying my email address is no longer working so please update it to ensure I receive emails from them.
I'm receiving emails from other senders.

Sounds very odd but all you can do is to use an alternative email address or ask them what you can use with the site.
