Not receiving emails for yhe last five days .

I'm not receiving emails why?

Are you using an email app? Which one? ? Can you see the missing emails when you log in here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email ?

I'm with yahoo though sky. I've not received any emails for days had up date on app last week since then nothing  but I can send but not receive.

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification


If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.

Assuming you are accessing you email via a browser, it sounds like you have fallen prey to a phishing email.

Follow @caesarome's instructions to correct any changes the scammers have made, and make sure you change your password.
