Missing emails
I have stopped receiving any emails through Sky Yahoo since Friday, 29th May 2025. Sky virtual assistant was no help at all. Has anybody else had thisproblem andif so how did you solve it?

Re: Missing emails
Login to your online account:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification
If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.

Re: Missing emails
Thank you for the help. I finally found that the emails had been sent to Archive. I have now recovered them and removed the settings as you suggested. I am so grateful as I am 86 and not very computer literate but so much is being transferred online nowadays that I don't have much choice. Thank you again .

Re: Missing emails
Hi Crumblypam - I had a very similar problem recently, all my draft emails kept being saved to my Inbox, not to my Drafts folder. Someone else on the forum very helpfully suggested I look at the filters and despite never having set up a filter, there was one there diverting all my drafts. So I deleted the filter, and changed my Sky Yahoo mail password for good measure. So far all is fine. Other than my husband has now discovered he has a similar problem today . . . all very odd!

Re: Missing emails
Thank you for your reply. I was given the same advice and found a filter I hadn't put on. Fortunately things are back to normal at the moment. Strange goings on! Can't people find anything better to do?

Have you now changed your password and perhaps setup two step authentication on your account, if do go ahead with this then make sure you make a note a keep safe the recovery code as that is that can be used to then turn it off.

Re: Missing emails
Yes I have changed my password but haven't set up the two-step authentication yet but will do. Everything is ok at present so fingers crossed.
