A few weeks ago I was hacked and sky froze my emails. I am now back but I'm just not receiving emails I should be. I saw a solution to a very similar problem but I couldn't find "More Settings". Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you. I am using a mobile device so finding desktop mode should help.

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
Then logout and change your password:

I contacted the group a few days ago with the same issue. My account was hacked and since it was frozen and reset, I am getting very few of the emails I should be getting. I tried the suggestion of going to settings>more settings>......etc but this didn't help. Thank you for this but please can you come up with any other ideas. I saw that another person posted that they had had this problem and that they had been two hours on the phone and , I think, still having problems. I am hearing impaired so find it very difficult on the phone so really appreciate any help.

I have moved you latest post so it is with you earlier ones on the same issue.
You say this didn't work, but you haven't said if there were filters and redirects setup that you had to remove that were not setup by yourself ?

Thank you for replying so quickly and for grouping my posts. My daughter just suggested that I check deleted items and there are all my emails - including a bill I was waiting for! I did check for filters, thank you, and all seemed to be fine. Sorry, but I need to change my post to ask how I make my emails come to my inbox not my deleted items. I would really appreciate your help.

Move them back to the inbox and are you completely sure there are no filters setup on your account ?

I just wanted to let you know that this has now been solved. As the responded thought it was a Filter but I misunderstood that filter. All working fine now. Thank you so much for your help.
