Not receiving email

Hi I am not receiving emails from my company's email 

There are getting an error NDR 550 4,4,7 error when trying to sent a email to my email address

Have you previously been able to receive emails from them?

The error suggests they have the wrong domain for your email address (i,e, the @Sky.com bit)
