Email account

Need a verification code and it's being send to my old phone number ending with 052 you have my new number so why is it not being sent there

We are customers here @Fiona326p so you are not talking to Sky.

 

If you have a new phone number then you need to change it so to do this have a read of this (under How to turn this off):
