Not receiving email
I can send but not receive any emails, I have been getting alot of emails supposedly from SKY/YAHOO saying I had to update my info but I presumed these to be a scam. However I am concerned now that I dont have any new e mails.
Anyone had similar messgaes and any help as to how I can start receiving emails again would be gratefully received.

Have you logged into your online email account and checked that no filters have been setup to divert your incoming emails to another addess. You can check this via settings - more settings - mailboxes - your sky email address.

I have the same problem and as I have a sky email address not yahoo nobody seems to be able to help me!!

The 'update your info' emails aren't genuine. Try logging in via your browser as @caesarome suggested. If you normally use Apple Mail, there's a known, intermittent issue with the app thaymis preventing it working properly.
