Hi
I am not able to recieve emails for my other email address this stopped working since 18th October
I recieved all emails prior to this date.
My son sent messsage and message bounced back with error code SMTP 421 Yahoo
Can you help with geyying me set back up

Are you saying you have 2 Sky email addresses?
If so have you tried emailing yourself between the addresses? The error messages (should you get them) may be able to pinpoint the problem.

one email is not sky one is my business wesite email address that i have had problems with previously for years this has not been an issue until recently i noticed they are not coming through and i'm not great with technology so not sure whats happened and why they have stopped coming through to my sky account...
