Not getting verification codes for login to email.

No verification codes are coming through to my (Sky) mobile number to access email.

@happymondays11 do the last three digits of the number the Code will be sent to match those of your mobile?

Check your device's spam/blocked folder to make sure Sky messages aren't being blocked

This is the mobile number as displayed on the 2 factor 'sending code' page when on the website? If so then yes.

Checked and there's nothing in there.

Hi

Could get code to a different phone to get in this time, but thats obviously not an ongoing solution. It just wont do codes to my phone.
