Not Receiving emails from talktalk

Had problems receiving emails fro talktalk last year, now appears to be happening again

I don't suppose they are in the trash/bin/junk folders, if not you say this happened before so did it just start working again last year ?

Yes, spam and blocked all checked, the two companies resolved the issue for a number of customers last October/November.
