No mobile

Changed to two step, but I've no mobile phone

 

sky has to let you change to landline, it doesnt

sky needs to open chat.  It hasnt

not spending hours on hold with no talk plan

 

hope chats available tomorrow

Come on sky, fix it

 

we don't all have mobile phones, change it so that we can add a landline, you've had days

Sky is a joke

Don't have a mobile, can't e-mail sky, to change it to landline, can't complain or chat.   Just this or long wait on phone you don't have. Why

@Patches11 mandatory use of 2 step login was withdrawn several days ago. So you can use your Recovery Code to turn off 2 step login and you won't be forced to set it up again.
