No internet on Sky glass

No connesction to Internet on Sky Glass tv.

checked everything nothing is working

I have exactly the same problem, been about 4hrs now. Just a pulsating green light on hub as it tries to connect. I'm in ease Midlands

@Helzy1  & @Weston84 if the Sky hub has lost its connection to the exchange which the lights on the hub will tell you (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) your Glass TVs wont work. As a first step run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection. That will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue. Affecting your line. If they are you will have to wait unril the issue is fixed. However if they are not aware call them to report the fault.

If you have an outdoor aerial, plug the lead into the back of the TV. Tune it in and that will give you the basic, no frills, DTT service until the internet returns.
