5 app beyond embarrassing!

What is it with the 5 app 🥴 absolutely dreadful. 

Tried watching Cooper and Fry last night it was all over the place when FF ads jumping back to the start of the break and even back to the start of the program. Plus the stream quality was dreadful 720p at best. 

Sky need to pull this app until such time 5 get their act together and go back to cloud recording until it is updated. Poor performance reflects on Sky.

I doubt that's within the remit of Sky management, particularly for a PSB channel.

True they have to carry the app but they can negotiate improvements in performance
