News ail address not syncing

Hi folks,set up a new email address for my wife and it's not syncing.  Doe anyone know a idiot proof guide to fixing this please?

I'm confused. Sky haven't allowed new Sky Yahoo Mail addresses for some considerable time, so I'm unclear how this relates to Sky Yahoo Mail?

Do you mean you have added a Sky email account to a program or an app like Outlook, if so more details are needed here for us to help.

Just added a new email address for my wife as well as my existing one.

On the face of it, that means you've created a new email address for your wife. But it can't be a new Sky Yahoo Mail email address. So I'm struggling to see the connection with Sky Yahoo Mail....

The email address I created ends in @sky.com. After receiving 2 emails initially it then just says 'not syncing' along side it. Asking how to remedy this please? Thanks.

When (and how?) did you create this? It's not been possible to create new Sky emails for at least 2 years.

Sky don't allow new,Sky Yahoo Mail addresses, so,your wife will need to sign up with another provider, such as Gmail.

You will be unable to setup a new Sky email address as this stopping being an option a number of years ago so if you want a new one there is Gmail from Google or Outlook.com from Microsoft that you could set one up with instead.
