Need help resetting user name and password

Hi It's been years since I logged into my email account and I have forgotten my username and password 

I need help to reset

if you haven't logged into your Sky email account for a few years then it might have been closed but you could see if these links help but they might not:

I have tried this I need someone to help me reset everything , I am logged in but due to a change of circumstances I need to log out reset and start again for security reasons 

please advise

It keeps asking for user name and security question which I do not know

You could try calling Sky but if you don't know the username (try the email address itself or the bit prior to @@Sky.com) or the security question then you might be stuck.

As I said earlier it is possible the email account has been closed if you haven't logged into it in years.

The email is working , I am logged in , I need to log out and reset everything for security issues

You say you are logged in. Does that mean you are using an app or a browser?
