It may be Yahoo who have suspended your email, however it is Sky who will have to liaise with them to get it unsuspended.
It is likely your email has been used to send spam/scam emails, did you recently answer an email to update/verify your account?
Yahoo will not deal with you as you have no account with them, so Sky will have to do it, once they have verified that the scammer no longer has access to it.
