For several weeks now my email Account has been suffering from intermittent loss, I get a yahoo error at the bottom of my ipad. Then it suddenly comes back.
its annoying, is there anyway to check this?

Intermittent problems with the app, which aren't present in other mail apps, have been reported here for many months,. I'd suggest either logging in online via sky.com, or using a different mail app, such as Yahoo, or Gmail.
