My email was syspended after being hacked, how can I get it back to work?

If your account shows the word 'suspended', that's an automated response by Yahoo (not Sky) if they detect unauthorised activity. Unless things have changed, Sky can't unsuspend it, and will need to liaise with Yahoo to get it put right.

You'll have to report it to Sky, I'm afraid.

There's no point contacting Yahoo - they won't help you, as it's a Sky account.

It is Sky that you will need to contact about this but it will not be easy getting your account unlocked as finding someone who knows how and what to do is not going to be easy as they might wrongly tell you to Yahoo where as stated above you can not do as your email account is with Sky.
