My Email Account Is Getting Deluged With Spam

My email box is suddenly getting DELUGED with different spam messages. I have taken all the necessary steps to remedy this problem (e.g. changed my password etc.) but still the spam messages are getting through.

 

I need URGENT help, as all these spam messages are overwhelming all my important messages. I have checked all the filter settings etc., but cannot see any signs of suspicious activity.

 

Please help. Thanks.

@Job+Hunter I'm afraid there's no simple way to resolve it. Changing your password won't make any difference. Realistically all you can do is mark each one as spam, and eventually the 'system' will learn to divert them automatically to your Spam/Junk folder. 

 

People seem to have wildly different experiences in relation to spam on Sky Yahoo Mail. I don't get any, whereas you're inundated.

 

You might find an email app does a better job of filtering out the rubbish before it hits your Inbox.

Yes, I am indeed marking all these emails as "SPAM" - and there are LOADS of them, suggesting I have been "spam bombed".

 

I cannot understand where this sudden deluge has come from, as it virtually happened overnight.

 

So yeah, it is causing me an immense headache.

Are you viewing your email via the website https://sky.com/signin/email/, and is the spam being received in the inbox?

Is there any commonality to the spam, for instance it's all marketing emails?

None of the spam I get reaches my inbox, as the spam filter gets it all.
