Do you have a mobile phone you could download Chrome on to see if you can then see the desktop option ?

Tried and still the same also tried safari desktop on iPhone and no different. I'll have to wait till I can use a friends PC but don't know when that will be.

Try Google Chrome on your phone as all things being well this should work.

Settings > Content Settings > Defaut site view.

When you go to settings are you going to this on Chrome itself and not Settings on your iphone ?

On Crome in yahoo mail  @caesarome i click settings and the drop down menu appears but it doesn't show the more settings button

I'm not sure you are doing this right as you don't go to settings via the email website so go to a different website then in Chrome browser click on the 3 dots then load up the settings option then content settings then finally default site view.

@caesarome I was doing it s suggested in the earlier link.  I've now done it your away and I get even less in drop down list.

Yes. I think I'll give up now until I can get to PC . Thanks for all you help. I'll let you know how I get on on a PC

Unfortunately I don't have any iOS devices so can't try for myself, but it seems odd that it doesn't work for you in any browser.
