No, the use of Sky email is free regadless of what you do with it.

As @caesarome says there is no fee for Sky email, irrespective of what you do with it.
However I can't help but wonder why you may think otherwise?
How are you expecting to sync these email services,? Sky removed the option to forward all emails quite a while ago. So all you really have left is to collect them by POP.
