Lost Yahoo email folders

I think my Yahoo account was hacked so Sky froze the account, it's all ok now, with the help of Sky I can now get into my emails but whole folders that I had saved emails in have disappeared.  I have askd for a restore but I don't have faith that all the folders will be restored. Does anyone know how much email can be retrieved ?

Messages can only be restored if lost or deleted in the last 7 days,
