Logging in today

I'm trying to log in this morning directly and by the sky app but all Im getting is a message saying unable to create  new login in? Not the usual sign in screen. Any help please?

It might be a temporary glitch so perhaps leave it for a while and if it is still doing the same then delete and install it to see what then happens.

Are you trying to access email or your Sky account? Only there isn't a Sky app for email.
