Log in verification
Hello. I cannot log into my account. I know my user and password but the two step verification sends it to my old phone number which I cannot access. It is the only option it lets me use as a two step verification. How can I get past this? Thanks.

When you set up two step verification you had to tick a box to say you made note of the recovery code so you can now use this code to login and therefore set it up with your new mobile number. If you have no access to this recovery code then you will have to call Sky and hopefully find someone that can turn this off for you. Do not let them tell you that you need to go to Yahoo as they can not help with a Sky email account.
