Locked out of emails

A month ago my password was changed and I have been unable to login to my email account and I can't reset my password because I can't access my emails it keeps taking me around in circles with no success

@GATECRASHER69er do you have the option to reset by using memorable information? If not, give Sky a call. They should be able to reset it for you.
