' Load content Directly'

How can I get my emails to "Download Content Directly' - with out having other tick the box at the top of my screen every time please?

There should usually be an extra option that also says something like "always downlaod content from that email adderss" so if you see this then select that then you shouldn't have the issue the next time.

Thats not a message I've seen, how do you view your emails. webpage or an app?

Thanks for your reply - I'm on an iMac  but In can't find that instruction anywhere? Any ideas?

Do you login to the Sky website to access your emails or are you using an app ?

No - things just come in on my regular Mail page   C

"If every email you see: "Your network preferences prevent content from loading privately.

Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy disable “Protect Mail Activity” / “Hide IP address” / “Block all remote content” —content for the email will load automatically"

Thanks so much for this. At present My machine won't let me touch  'Block all remote content'  but I'll keep trying!
