Issue with repetitive emails
Hi, i keep getting draft messages that i didnt create so i selected delete all by clicking on the option press on an email to delete all from sender. I did this and its deleted all my emails and emptied my folders. How do i restore to a version earlier today please

Are these detailed emails in the deleted/trash/bin folders because if they are there you should be able to restore them back to whatever folders they were in.

Bit difficult to understand exactly how you got the where you were, but if you deleted "all from sender" (considering it' your account) I'm not surprised it deleted your sent emails, but it shouldn't affect the emails in your inbox.

Hi yes they are in trash but i will have to restore to inbox and sort them all. They not going back where they were in their respective folders. I will call sky tech today, see what they say but i deleted as appeared like a virus creating lots of duplicate draft messages... hense i deleted them all. Didnt give an option, do you want to deleted 2158 messages, otherwise i would have said no

You will be wasting your time @Jwebb01 as Sky doesn't support the email service.
I'm not sure there is an easy way around this but you should get them out of the trash as soon as possole as that folder is set to auto delete after a while.

Hi i have restored them all to inbox, just the task to sort them into their respective folders.
Sky told me theres not a back up as yahoo is old.. dont see why that makes a difference.. anyway. Hey ho.

So far as I'm aware, no provider has a backup service. It's something you have to manage yourself.
