Is this genuine?

Just received this email, is it a scam?

@S.A.T.  It a scam, there are no updates taking place that need user intervention, the link will take you to a fake, non sky domain website to obtain personal details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Scam certainly. Any genuine email would refer to you by name & have your account number included, I bet that email says Dear User or Dear customer.
