I’ve lost all my important emails can I recover them

I've somehow lost all my important emails 

they're not in my bin. 
can I somehow recover them?

If they are restored then it would be advisable not to store all your emails in your inbox if this is where they were located, but instead set up separate folders to keep them in.

First thing I'd recommend is changing your password, if you haven't already, in case an unauthorised person has gained access to your account and deleted them. Consider setting up 2 step verification too.

My emails I wanted saving were in a separate glider which is now empty.

It is still worth giving this a try to see if Yahoo can restore them for you.
