Is this a scam or is this real?

i wonder if someone can help. I am unsure if this is a scam email or if this real? Normally I would be able to tell with normal tropes of how they address you, but they have addressed me by my name. 

I'm just slightly sceptical regarding the email address and also when I search online, I can't find any information linking these two companies together. Has anyone had the same issue? Or is anyone a sky employee that can confirm or deny this? Don't want to be clicking anything when I could be getting hacked.

I would say that this is a legit email, ipsos is as it says in the emali a marketing company and as for that email address it could be that it has been setup especially for this survey seeing as it has SkyTV in the address.

I agree, it definitely sounds genuine. As it is just a screen grab, it is not possible to check where  the links are trying to take you. If you have ever agreed to accept such marketing  emails then it will be genuine.

I agree with the previous answers that it looks genuine, providing the email is addressed to you by name. But we're not from Sky, and if you're in any doubt, don't respond to it.

Hi, searched this myself last night after I got a similar email. Decided to take the gamble and click the link. Can confirm i'm now watching a pre air pilot episode as part of a survey so the email appears to be legit. And as it is a survey they don't ask you for any emails or passwords or specific personal information just things like age and gender

I got this tonight . Came here for a genuine answer and seems I have it . Thank you everyone
