Inbox emptying

How do I stop my inbox emptying before I have chance to read the emails

How do you access your emails? Is it via the website? https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email

Are the emails appearing in the deleted folder?

Do you have any other devices that may be using POP to access the emails? That is the usual reason for inbox being emptied.
