Inbox email number is inaccurate

My Inbox is showing over 600 emails.  In fact there are only 75.  

How can I correct this?

Are you logging in via sky.com here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

Or are you using an email app?

The number shown via sky.com should be accurate.
