I wish to have my recovery code resent - original cannot be found and I wish to switch off the two step verification sequence

@JS7239 No one will contact you in response to a forum post. As we are all customers here we also can't send you anything.

If you sign in as usual with a 2 step code then you should be able to locate your recovery code as it wouldn't have been sent to you on an email when you first set it up.

I doubt Sky will be able, anyway, to arrange for it to be resent.

I don't need it resent, I just want to turn off the two-step verification thanks.

Does that mean you have the recovery code?

If so use it to turn of the 2FA by selecting that you don't have the verification code and then use the recovery code to sign in. That will automatically turn off the 2FA.
