I made the mistake of signing up for this two step verification thing. Its a nightmare.
Hello,
I made the mistake of voluntarily signing up to this two step verification thing. Its a nightmare. It claims that it has sent a code to my phone but no code come through. Then it asks me to enter my recovery code. I enter it and it says that it is wrong. I'm lockked out of my mail. Its a nightmare. Help

Are you using the Recovery Code correctly? At the login page select the 'can't sign in with code' link before entering the Recovery Code.

I am having the same problem....How do I stopp the 2 Sstep Verification process ?

When you signed up to 2FA you were given a recovery code so if you didn't make a note of it then check the email you were also sent.
To turn off 2FA sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.
