I’m not receiving the text passcode

I have tried multiple times to access my account but I am not receiving your text passcode messages

Not us as we are customers here who help each other so when you set this up you were asked to save and make a note of the recovery code so did you do this, if you did you can use this to turn this off so you can then at least access your emails.

The same is happening to me.  I have the same number but recently moved from Sky mobile.  Wonder if that's the issue.  Fortunately I can access on my phone, but still would like to get in on my laptop.

Have you tried using the recovery code to turn it off then set it up again ?
