I cannot access my emails. If I get the I cannot download from the server

I have been in touch with E E they say it's an internet provider issue . I cannot get emails on my phone  sometimes for 48 hours . Then if  the come through they say they can't be downloaded from the server , I have spoken to  sky  before about this (2 weeks ago ) and told it was EE problem , I t clearly isn't as now my iPad can't down load any emails . I'm paying for a service that is  clearly failing !

Intermittent problems with Apple's Mail app have been widely reported here for months. Until Apple get round to fixing it, if they ever do, you may find it best to use another email app, such as the Yahoo app or the Gmail app which work fine.

Thank you for replying , it's really bad though isn't as we are paying stupid amounts for sky  but don't have the service, no wonder they don't have a human on the other end to deal with the probs . So clise  to moving to another provider !

To be fair, this doesn't seem to be an issue caused by Sky, as other apps are continuing to work fine. You can alternatively log in via the sky.com website.
