I put added secuirty on my yahoo account using my phone when entering my emails they would snd me  code, since then I had my phone stolen any ideas how I can round this probem

If you made a separate note of your Recovery Code when you set up 2 step verification as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn it off.  Then you can set it up again, if you wish, entering your new mobile number. 

Otherwise you'll have to call Sky who have a specialist team to help with this scenario. However you may well need to persevere to be put through to them.
