I can't get into sky yahoo email

My computer was hacked and my email password compromised.  After a long telephone discussion with India we got back into the emails via sky.com.  HOWEVER when I tried to re-enter yesterday and today - the message comes up 'Uh ha" can't get you in just yet, try again' followed y 'help' tab - which just gets me into a Chinese webpage!  I am unable therefore either to receive or write emails.  Can you help?

Yes - but got message saying go to help and help page in Chinese!@

Try closing all Sky websites, including this one, then clear your browser cache (cookies, history etc. ) then try logging in again.

I'm sorry but I am not too familiar with techno talk - what with being 75 and all!  So how do I go about clearing my cookies etc?
