Discussion topic: I can't access email account

When I try to login to my email account I am presented with a pop-up to acceept (pr decline smart features,etc.

Whether I choose to accept of decline (or any combination) I see an error message and cannot proceed.

Thanks, that works!

Now I need to find out why it doesn't work when I link from my Sky account.
