My husband died and I put the account updated to use and continue. The sky email was removed without my consent, spent over and hour trying to fix this with an operator without success. I have had to give you a gmail account which I do not want, I need the email account my husband and I used regularly especially at this crucial time, it is causing much distress and inconvenience. Surely I should not be denied having a shy email?
