How to stop an email going to Junk

Hi how to I stop an email going automatically to junk on my iPhone? I have tired all the steps in the above and it still keeps going to my junk mail and not my inbox

Have you checked that there are no filters setup on your account ?

Failing that keep marking these emails as not spam.

No filters, have been doing not spam but still going to my junk mail

You could check to see if they're going to your Junk folder online by signing in here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

If not, it may be an issue with the app you're using. If they are, you'll have to keep marking them as 'not spam' and the system should eventually learn not to move them.
