Unless things have changed recently,  the answer is no, I'm afraid.

There used to be a way of revoking app passwords, but Sky removed, it stating it was a security risk. Crazy.

That's crazy, so someone can just sit in an account using a password created by Sky that they can't revoke...

I suspect Sky could revoke the app passwords, if only you could find someone who knows how to do it, but the user can't do it themselves.

All it would need is a simple option in our account to revoke all app passwords for the account, and we could then recreate the ones we need.

Definitely, I've never used it so I don't mind just removing all of them however Sky tells me to call Yahoo, then yahoo tells me to call Sky. After 30 minutes of waiting back on the phone with Sky they put me to the wrong department and hung up. I thought it would be very simple just confirming my email and maybe a 2fa code but nothing.

Unfortunately tt appears to be Sky advisers' default practice when they don't know how to address the issue. As you've discovered, there's absolutely no point phoning Yahoo - they're not responsible for Sky Yahoo Mail and can't help.
