How do i get a domain marked as a safe Sender

DKIM and DMARc are in place. We are unable to send our regular communications to our members who have @Sky.com emails. How do i get our domain added to a safe senders list or what needs to be changed to get them through to the users in boxes.

Yahoo are telling me its a sky issue.

It's probably best for your @Sky.com members to report the problem themselves directly to Sky.
