You go to Log in and say you need a recovery code, dont key in one on phone, key the code they sent you when they set it up, this should cancel it

Re: How do I remove 2 factor authentication?
I have had my email address for probably 25 years and it is my name just @Sky.com .. anyway, I now live out of UK and Ireland and dont have a UK number - I really dont want to lose my email address!! I had to put my brothers number in to get a code - it sounds like the only way around it is to call Sky and have them remove it? Anyone else any more luck?

@AndyDYYC yes, you need to contact Sky. They're aware of the problem with non UK/ROI mobile numbers.
