Hikvision NVR emails

I have set up my Hikvision NVR but when i get alarms i want it to sent me an email, below is the settings page, can anyone help with what to fill in as when i hit test with my email address in the bottom (not on capture) it errors

These are the SMTP server settings:

 

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
