No, I have a sky email accounts and I've got two different ones work on iPhone anymore. Our iOS is up-to-date. Our email accounts are up-to-date. I've change the passwords and they still won't accept them as it's both our phones. It's not something that I can fix and I've sorted through every query there. Anybody is raised on here and on Apple and it doesn't seem to be a fix.
Is Yahoo or sky blocking access to add an email account in the iphone set up? I want to see my emails in one place not by installing your app so please can you tell me what's happening

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere are ongoing know issues with Sky email accounts and the email app on iphones, so if your OS is up to date then try settings your accounts up by generating a 16 digit password here:

Make sure you are signed in with your correct ID for you account and the other ID for your husbands before doing this:

Then whne settings the email account ip select Other > Add Mail Account and use these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
