unable to get the verification code sent to my mobile x I have not had emails since last Wednesday.

@nancy1dennis2 do you know why you're not receiving the Verification code?

 

If you kept a separate note of your Recovery Code, as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step login, and set it up again once the problem with receiving the Verification code has been resolved.

 

If you didn't keep a note of it, you'll have to call and ask Sky to turn off 2 step login on your behalf. It will take a few days.

Have you changed your mobile number recently because if so you will need to sign in with the recovery code you were asked to make a note of to turn this off.
