Help plz. Accessing Sky Yahoo emails

i switched mobile sim card contract to a new provider with a new number. 

my Sky account has been updated to my new phone number for verifications codes , as well with a few phone calls , they finally changed my new make shift email address (gmail)

Im still unable to get access to my (@sky.com address) Yahoo Mail, due my old password or recovery password.

after numberous calls to the sky support, i was pointed to Yahoo to look for help...!!!!!!????

48hs later emails explained its the ISP Providers that can make changes to my Yahoo Mail account , as it a service they are providing.

At this current moment in time , Cancellation line is down on the phone and for some un explained reason no-one can help with my email account nor my cancelling of a product placed within the last 48hrs.

Help with email issue as well as cancel a new contract.

It's a bit difficult to fully understand your problem, but assuming you are saying you can't get your 2FA codes because you mobile number has changed, you will neet to use your recovery code to turn it off. If you don't have the code you will need to call Sky and ask them to tufn off the 2FA.

The number for 2FA codes is not held in your Sky account.

Thank you , I'll try this step for recovery tomorrow as headaches dealing with customers support today, my cancellation will be if can't get access to my original email account.
